The General Manager, supported by an Internal Auditor, leads the day-to-day operations of TYA. Other key departments include the Secretary, Legal Section, Zonal Office, PR and Mobilize, Eco and Plan, and Social Affairs. At the local level, there are Wereda Offices, Women&#8217;s Affairs Offices, Tabia Offices, and Kushet Coordinators, who work closely with Group Coordinators to implement TYA&#8217;s initiatives and
